These terms govern the use of Digital Patrons, credit purchases, pixel participation and related services.

1. Provider and Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Digital Patrons platform and any related services, including purchasing credits and acquiring pixels for participation. The provider information is listed on the Contact page. The English version of these Terms shall govern in case of inconsistencies with translations.

2. What We Offer

Digital Patrons provides structured participation formats, including:

  • Purchasable credits (account wallet balance).
  • Pixel acquisition and participation features (where available).
  • Optional verification and tier-based access formats.

3. No Gambling / No Chance-Based Mechanisms

The platform is not a game of chance, raffle or gambling system. Participation and access are based on defined criteria and structured engagement.

4. Pricing and Currency

Prices are typically displayed in TRY. EUR amounts shown on the website are approximate and may change due to exchange rates and payment provider conversion policies.

  • The final charged amount is determined by your payment method, card issuer and payment provider.
  • We may apply reasonable adjustments to exchange rates for operational costs.
  • All charges will be shown to you before confirmation in the payment flow.

5. Credits (Wallet Balance)

Credits are a digital participation balance used within the platform.

  • Credits are not legal tender, do not represent money, and are not a bank deposit.
  • Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
  • Credits can be spent on platform participation features (e.g., pixels) where available.
  • Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, except where required by applicable law.

6. Pixels and Participation

Pixels and participation features are digital goods/services. Availability may depend on platform development, capacity and eligibility rules. We may adjust participation rules to preserve platform integrity and prevent abuse.

7. Refunds and Complaints

Because credits and pixels are digital services, refunds are generally not provided once credits are delivered to your wallet or used, except in specific cases.

  • If you believe a charge was incorrect (e.g., duplicate charge or technical error), contact support within 14 days with your payment reference.
  • If a refund is granted, we may reverse corresponding credits/pixels and related benefits.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend your account while investigating. If the dispute is resolved against the platform, we may remove credits/pixels associated with the disputed payment.

9. Account Closure and Remaining Credits

You may request account closure at any time. If your account is closed due to policy violations, fraud, abuse or chargebacks, remaining credits may be forfeited where permitted by law. In other cases, we may allow you to use remaining credits before closure or handle remaining balance at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

10. Content Rules and Platform Integrity

You agree not to use the platform for unlawful, abusive or harmful content. We may remove content, limit participation features or suspend accounts to protect users and the platform.
